About Us: At Your Service Home Care Inc.
At Your Service Home Care Inc. (AYSHC) is a locally based, non-profit affiliate of VNS. We are a private duty home health care agency that puts heart into patient care and provides the highest quality personalized care. And we do it in the comfort of the patient's own home.
A personalized, caring approach is what guides us through every aspect of patient interaction. At AYSHC, only a Registered Nurse will discuss and make recommendations for your individual care. Then a visit is arranged to develop a personalized plan of care.
After this arrangement, an RN Supervisor is sent to the home of each patient within a few days to ensure that we have a good match of skills and experiences of our staff with the needs of our clients.

In addition to being caring, compassionate home healthcare professionals, all AYSHC staff have undergone a rigorous screening process that ensures your needs are being met by only the most qualified people. All of our employees have been pre-screened with a thorough reference check. They also meet all applicable state regulations. In addition, our staff members receive ongoing training in the latest information relevant to home healthcare.
And of course, all AYSHC staff are insured and bonded. A supervisor is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

As a licensed home care agency, we can assist you with licensed and non-licensed services. All services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And to further assist you,12-hour night duty shifts, or round-the-clock all day shifts are also available. Our full range of services includes:

Elder abuse victims often live alone and cannot take care of themselves. Upon request, any of the AYSHC staff can screen calls, keep known or suspected perpetrators from entering the client's home or sort the client's mail.

Our fees are competitive, and they vary according to the skill level required. So it's best to contact us if you're interested in the services we can provide. We promise you there won't be any surprises. All fees will be thoroughly discussed before any service begins. And you can be assured that no money is ever exchanged between the client and our home care professional.
At AYSHC, we also accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as CHOICE insurance reimbursement.
